[omniORB] visibroker _non_existent call

hi
As per my knowledge VisiBroker's _non_existent doesn't work
properly. I tried doing a hack .. I mean when I first call
X->_non_existent() it throws a comm failure. Now in catch try calling
X->_non_existent() it works.
I think VisiGenic throws CORBA::COMM_FAILURE if try to reconnect (we already
had (!) a proxy) to a restarted CORBA object.
This is my observations..
Thankx

In what way does the check fail? Please post a trace from omniORB
with -ORBtraceLevel 40.
Cheers,
Duncan.
