[omniORB] omniorbpy

all,

i am just beginning the process of building omniorbpy on windows.

a) i am using mingw
b) my python is 2.4 (activeware)

there was no omniorbpy for 2.4 though there were for 2.2 and 2.3

are there such version dependancies?
