The options have been renamed to -ORBbootstrapAgentHostname and
-ORBbootstrapAgentPort.
If you need omniORB 4.0.7's omniNames to respond to the bootstrap agent
requests, you need to set -ORBsupportBoootstrapAgent 1 for omniNames.
